Refund and Returns Policy

1. Return Policy

We accept returns under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Return:

  • Products must be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • The product must be in its original condition, unused, and in the same packaging as received.
  • Returns are only accepted for defective or damaged items.
  • Tea & Coffee Vending Machines are non-returnable unless they arrive with a manufacturing defect or are damaged during shipping.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Vending Machines without a manufacturing defect.
  • Consumable products (tea/coffee premixes, cups, etc.) once opened or used.
  • Any customized products or items purchased on special promotions.

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Email us at specmark@hotmail.com with the following details:
    • Order Number
    • Reason for Return
    • Photos of the product showing the defect/damage (if applicable)
  2. Our team will review your request and respond within 24-48 hours.
  3. If approved, we will provide further instructions on how to return the item.

2. Refund Policy

Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it meets our return conditions. Refunds will be processed based on the following terms:

Refund Eligibility:

  • Refunds will be issued only for approved returns due to defective or damaged items.
  • For eligible returns, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Refund Process:

  • Refunds will be credited within 7-10 business days. 
  • You will be notified via email once the refund has been processed.

Partial Refunds:

In certain cases, a partial refund may be granted, such as:

  • If the product is returned with missing accessories.
  • If the product shows signs of use or damage not caused by shipping.

3. Exchange Policy

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a replacement for a defective item, please initiate a return and place a new order once your refund is processed.


4. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, cancellation requests may not be accepted if the product has already been shipped.
  • To cancel an order, email us at specmark@hotmail.com with your Order Number and Reason for Cancellation.

5. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • If the return is due to a defective or damaged product, we will cover the return shipping cost.
  • For other return reasons, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

6. Important Notes

  • We recommend using a reliable courier service for returning products to ensure they reach us safely.
  • We are not responsible for any lost or damaged returns caused during transit.
  • If return/exchange/replacement approved it will be done within 7 working days
